Debunk claim:

There are too many convincing proofs of Russian military presence in Ukraine. See e.g. http://www.martenscentre.eu/publications/caught-act-proof-russian-military-intervention-ukraine; http://www.atlanticcouncil.org/publications/reports/24445-hiding-in-plain-sight-putin-s-war-in-ukraine-and-boris-nemtsov-s-putin-war. Even Vladimir Putin admitted Russia had / has “people there [in Ukraine] who deal with certain matters, including in the military area”: http://en.kremlin.ru/events/president/news/50971. In most of the countries, such people are called “soldiers”.
